Program description
Hedfones hosts AI agents that send and receive text messages on behalf of small businesses. If you call or text a number connected to a Hedfones agent, you may receive SMS replies about your inquiry, including scheduling and follow-up related to that request.
Consent
By calling or texting the business number, or by otherwise opting in where disclosed, you agree to receive SMS related to that inquiry or service relationship. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from the underlying business where applicable law requires that distinction.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies and is conversational / as needed for your open inquiry (often under 10 messages per inquiry). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop SMS to that number for this program.
